The Villa Emilia Seminyak Complex is an expansive eight bedroom luxury estate comprised of two identical side by side private villas. Spanning a combined 900 square meters of private villa space, this grand estate is situated on the outskirts of central Seminyak in Kerobokan. Designed with an elegant, modern architectural concept using quality materials, the dual villa layout seamlessly merges with its beautiful surroundings to offer a peaceful sanctuary that balances calm seclusion with easy urban access.
This premier location provides a serene escape for large groups or multi family gatherings positioned approximately 30 minutes away from the international airport.
Outdoor living areas
The expansive outdoor grounds serve as a striking visual centerpiece, showcasing two private swimming pools that combine for a total of 66 square meters of pristine water. This double pool deck offers guests unobstructed views of expansive green rice fields. There four sun loungers bordering the water, creating a beautiful illusion of blending directly with the surrounding nature. It stands out as an idyllic compound designed for large groups to relax during a beautiful Bali sunrise or lounge together under the clear blue sky.
Indoor living areas
Inside the estate, large glass doors and open windows act as portals that flood the dual pavilions with natural light and maximize the tropical breeze. The core of the home features two spacious and bright living rooms decorated with quality furniture and charming local art touches. This layout integrates two fully equipped kitchens complete with stoves, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, and hot and cold water dispensers. Adjacent to the cooking spaces are two elegant dining areas providing the perfect setting for shared meals, complemented by modern additions like flat screen TVs with international channels and high speed broadband WiFi.
Bedrooms
The compound houses eight air conditioned bedrooms meticulously designed to ensure a stylish atmosphere and maximum guest comfort. Our group had a flawless stay at Villa Emilia Seminyak. This 4-bedroom property is incredibly spacious and meticulously designed. Every bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, and the bright, luxurious living room was the perfect place for us to gather. A huge thank you to Villa Manager Mr. Gusde and his incredible staff—they anticipated our every need and provided warm, professional service throughout our entire trip. The location was also perfect for our group: we had our own private oasis with rice field views, but we were still just a short drive away from Seminyak Square, Ku De Ta, and amazing boutique shopping!😉
