Villa Kayajiwa

Villa Kayajiwa is a luxury tropical 4-bedroom villa located in one of the trendiest areas in Bali, the hipster village of Canggu.

The property sits at the end of a quiet alleyway, just off the renowned Batu Bolong, one of the most central and visited roads in this area. An easy 20-minute walk will bring guests to the vibrant Batu Bolong beach, famous for its easy and fun waves. The more experienced surfers might prefer spots like Echo Beach and Berawa, which are just next to Batu Bolong. Despite being one of the most touristic locations in the island, Canggu boasts a laid-back vibe and really embodies Bali’s true spirit. This area also offers countless cafes, juice bars, restaurants and spas, as well as an excellent nightlife.

Outdoor living areas

Villa Kayajiwa is characterised by a contemporary and minimalist style, that makes a clever use of sharp lines and dark volcanic stones. This unique architecture also reflects on the gorgeous outdoor area, a large space designed to make the guests’ stays unforgettable.

The garden features a stunning 25-metre long swimming pool with jacuzzi corner, a large wooden deck furnished with sun loungers and fitting a modern gazebo with daybed, a beautifully manicured lawn with gorgeous tropical plants and an outdoor lounge.

The property also offers a large rooftop terrace with barbecue pit, from where guests can enjoy views over the rice fields that characterise the area.

Indoor Living areas

The main living area is positioned just next to the pool. This is a gorgeous room decorated and furnished with Balinese and South East Asian artworks and comprising an elegant lounge corner and a stunning solid wood dining table.

To make the guests’ stay even more memorable the property offers a karaoke room (which easily doubles as a media room) and a massage room located on the upper level, just next to the rooftop terrace, where to book relaxing body treatments.

Bedrooms

Villa Kayajiwa offers four beautiful and air-conditioned bedrooms. The master suite, called Sejoli suite, is a gorgeous and exquisitely furnished bedroom located in its own pavilion. This huge suite comprises a gorgeous four-poster king size bed, a desk, a large dressing area and a stunning bathroom with stone tub and rain shower.

Located in a separate pavilion are the Senja and Surya suites, two comfortable bedrooms furnished with king size beds and featuring large wardrobes and en suite bathrooms with private gardens.

The fourth bedroom, the Suarga suite, is located on the upper floor, adjacent to the spa room, with which it also shares the bathroom. This small suite has been fitted with twin beds and enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding rice fields.

Staff

The caring and professional staff will look after the guests and will be ready to arrange any service they might request. The team is led by a knowledgeable villa manager and comprises villa attendants, security guards, gardener and maintenance staff.
