Casa Martina

Casa Martina is a charming and traditionally designed 3-bedroom villa located only a few steps away from the beach, in a tranquil coastal village near Candidasa, on Bali's spectacular east coast.

Still untouched by mass tourism, this beautiful and unspoilt region will offer travellers glimpses of a more authentic Balinese village lifestyle. In this area are also some of the most amazing beaches of the island, all surmounted by the majestic volcano Agung, and renowned diving spots.

The property is positioned only a minute away from perfectly calm waters, which makes this spot great for swimming and snorkelling. In the evening guests can instead head to the nearby village of Candidasa, which offers really nice dining and shopping options.

Outdoor living areas

The beautifully landscaped garden of the villa is the perfect place where to relax and regenerate after a day spent exploring the gorgeous Balinese east coast. This tropical oasis is dominated by a shimmering 20-meter long swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers positioned on its side. The garden also features a beautiful traditional balè (gazebo), which literally floats over the pool, the perfect spot to unwind reading a book or enjoying a tropical cocktail.

Indoor living areas

The property boasts a beautiful tropical open-concept and a tasteful traditional interior décor. The main living area is found in a gorgeous open pavilion characterised by soaring ‘alang-alang’ thatched rooftop, hand-carved doors, antiques and beautiful wooden wall panels. This space comprises a sitting corner, a ravishing teak wood dining table, a traditional Balinese day-bed and a fully equipped open kitchen.

Bedrooms

The three beautiful bedrooms of Casa Martina are all located in a separate double-storey pavilion, next to the living room.

The master suite, a spacious and airy room found on the upper floor, features a romantic four-poster double bed, a lovely terrace and a private, semi open tropical bathroom.

The two guest bedrooms are instead located on the ground floor, one featuring a double bed and one with twin beds. The latter can also double as a TV room. These two suites share one bathroom together.

Staff

The villa and the guests will be looked after by a friendly staff. The team includes a villa manager, a maid and a gardener. Extra services such as in-villa meals, car with driver, spa treatments and babysitter, can be easily arranged by the staff upon request.
