Villa Iluh

Villa Iluh is a stunning and luxurious 6 bedroom villa located in the heart of Bali’s most touristic and sought-after town, the sophisticated Seminyak. The property is part of a luxury complex, Abaca Villas, comprising 2 other gorgeous villas: Villa Kadek and Villa Nyoman. These villas can be also rented together offering a total of 16 bedrooms!

Set in a private lane just off one of the most central street in Seminyak, the renowned Jalan Petitenget, Villa Iluh is literally steps away from some of the most celebrated restaurants of the area, places such as Metis, Sardine, Da Maria and Nook. The vibrant Petitenget Beach is also a few minutes away, this is the perfect spot to admire the famous Balinese sunsets, perhaps while sipping an amazing cocktail in one of the renowned beach clubs of the area, like Potato Head, Ku De Ta and Cafè del Mar.

Outdoor living areas

The property beautiful garden is a large tropical space with manicured lawns and a gorgeous 18-meter long swimming pool with shallow area for kids. Guests will surely love to refresh and relax in this outdoor area and enjoy the amazing tropical temperature on one of the sun loungers, while sipping delicious cocktails.

Indoor living areas

The main living area of the villa is a gorgeous space filled with stunning furniture and local artworks. This spacious open-sided pavilion overlooks the garden with pool and will offer plenty of spaces to the guests to unwind and socialise. The main lounge corner is set at the center of the pavilion and it is characterised by a stunning Balinese antique wooden door with side panels, a 4-meter long rattan sofa, comfortable armchairs and a single slab coffee table. Next to this space is also a second lounge corner, this fitted with designer rattan chairs and a flat screen TV with DVD player hidden behind another gorgeous balinese antique closet.

At the other end of the living pavilion is the open kitchen with bar and stools, and the impressive dining table made from a single slab of wood, perfect to host formal dinners for 12 people.

Bedrooms

Villa Iluh offers six beautiful and air-conditioned bedrooms. Facing the pool are four of them, split between three independent structures. The large master suite occupies its own pavilion and features a four-poster king size bed, a mix of antiques ceramics, metal benches and a gorgeous antique mirror. Its private bathroom is semi-open, in the most tropical style, and boasts a rain shower and a generous wardrobe space.

Two of the other bedrooms are located on the same pavilion, also facing the pool. Both rooms have been beautifully decorated and feature four-poster double beds, writing desks and large private bathrooms.

Between the living area and the master suite we find the lovely wooden Joglo bedroom, decorated with Javanese paintings. This suite has twin beds and a semi-outdoor bathroom with rain shower.

The last two bedrooms are instead located on the upper level of the villa, connected through a wooden bridge, one is above the main living area and one above the villa office. Both suites can be accessed through an outdoor spiral staircase and have terraces. The bedroom above the living pavilion boasts a loft style, with wooden floors, a four-poster bed and a large bathroom fitted with with walk-in shower and mirrored closet. The other bedroom has also a beautiful four-poster double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The villa enjoys the services of a professional and friendly staff. The team will be happy to assist guests with anything they will need and can easily arrange extra services such as in-villa meals, daily car with driver and spa treatments.
