Description
Villa Khaya is a gorgeous 4 bedroom villa with ocean view, located on the hills of the beautiful Bukit peninsula, the southernmost part of Bali. This area is renowned for its beautiful unspoilt beaches, world class surf spots and luxury resorts. The beautiful Nusa Dua enclave is only 15 minutes from the villa, while the closest beach, the gorgeous and uncrowded white sanded Sawangan, is only 10 minutes drive away.
Other amazing locations of this beautiful peninsula are the lovely seaside village of Jimbaran, the amazing surf spots of Balangan, Dreamland, Uluwatu, Padang Padang (also beautiful beaches to relax), the breathtaking cliffs on the south overlooking Pandawa beach or Uluwatu, and the fantastic golf courses of New Kuta Golf and Bali National Golf Club in the luxury resort enclave of Nusa Dua.
Outdoor living area
Guests will access the gorgeous property though a private driveway and will immediately struck by its unique style and secluded location. On the front of the villa is a beautiful swimming pool perched on a hill and overlooking the ocean. The view from here is stunning and there won’t be a better place to relax or enjoy a delicious floating breakfast directly from the pool! The outdoor area features also a large wooden sundeck with comfortable loungers and a swing hammock chair.
Indoor living area
The first thing guests will notice upon entering Villa Khaya is the extensive use of polished wood. The indoor structure, the floors, the ceilings and most of the furniture are made of quality timber and create a unique rustic and cosy ambience. The main living area is characterised by an open concept and by large glass folding doors on two of its sides. This allow the natural light to “flood” this beautiful space and will allow guests to enjoy the gorgeous view from everywhere. The room comprises a comfortable lounge corner with stylish sofas and flat screen TV, a dining table positioned at its center and a fully equipped wooden kitchen with island bar and stools.
On the upper level is also a mezzanine with massage beds.
Bedrooms
The villa counts four beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned and featuring flat screen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. The two master suites are located on the ground floor and boast beautiful canopy king size beds, direct access to the pool area through large bi-folding glass doors and amazing outdoor tropical bathroom with stunning stone bathtubs, showers and view over the ocean. The remaining two bedrooms are instead found on the upper floor and feature king size beds and small bathrooms with shower.
Staff
Villa Khaya is fully serviced and the amazing staff includes a villa manager, maids and security guards. A daily choice of breakfast is included in the rate and extra services like in-villa massages, full day car with driver and tour organisation can be easily arranged.
