Description
Villa Lulito is a stunning 4 bedrooms villa located in the upmarket district of Oberoi, right in the heart of Seminyak. The property is within walking distance of fabulous cafes, world-class restaurants, amazing beach clubs (the famous Ku De Ta is at a stone’s throw) and the beautiful Petitenget Beach with its important beachfront temple and spectacular sunsets. Great shopping options are available in all directions, while some of Bali’s best surfing breaks are only a few kilometres away (the Petitenget beach also offer some great waves).
Living areas
This elegant, white on white villa boasts a unique colonial style, beautiful nautical themed decorations and all the modern amenities needed to create an amazing holiday home. The property is composed of four gorgeous white pavilions arranged around a generous and beautiful swimming pool with blue light, for amazing night swims. The main living area is located in an elegantly furnished open-fronted space and features a dining corner with table for 8 and a living area with large sofas, club chairs, flat screen TV, Bose sound system with iPod dock and library. Another casual dining area with lounge corner is located in the pavilion that houses the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Positioned in front of this structure, on the other side of the pool, there is a third living space, a charming garden pavilion furnished with comfortable daybeds and deep sofas, the perfect place to unwind with a book or drink.
Bedrooms
All four spacious and gorgeous bedrooms are found in the two-storey sleeping pavilion facing the swimming pool and the main living area. The master bedroom is situated on the upper level and features a king size netted bed, a walk-through wardrobe, a balcony overlooking the pool and garden and an en-suite bathroom with luxurious bathtub. This room is also connected through sliding doors to the children’s room. This delightful bedroom with private bathroom is furnished with four custom-built netted bunk beds perfect for kids and features access to the balcony and plenty of books, DVDs and games. This room can also be set up with an extra queen size bed or twin beds. The remaining two tropical styled guest bedrooms are instead located on the ground floor of the same pavilion and feature king sized beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Staff
The exceptional staff of the villa is composed of a villa manager, talented chef, security and service staff. They will be available round the clock and will take care of every needs the guests might have. Guests will only have to enjoying their time, relaxing by the pool, indulging in delicious meals or having talented therapists pampering them with massages and spa treatments!

This villa came recommended by a friend and we can't thank them enough for the tip. Villa Lulito is stunning, stylish, huge, family friendly and run by an amazing team led by the manager Gusti. The rooms are divine, and large, the pool is at the centre of the villa, and there are at least 3 large living areas where you can lounge, lie, read and relax. We are a family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) and we stayed with another family of 4. There was plenty of room for all of us to do our own things, interact, play games, dine, run around, as well as escape one another. It's that big. Not only is the villa amazing, and did I mention HUGE, but the team that run the villa made us feel like we were home. The chef has a fabulous list of dishes for every occasion if you want to stay in for the night. There were also at least 4 staff around at all times happy to assist with bookings, directions, advice and keep us happy. They were overly accommodating. Villa Lulito is also close to everything - in the heart of Seminyak (the best end) near the best restaurants, 3 minute walk to the beach, great shopping, and top spas - La Luciola, Spring spa, Bodyworks Spa, Kim Soo Home, and great sunset cocktail bars on the beach. The villa also has a driver if you want to venture elsewhere. Driving around Seminyak is part of the package, as well as airport pick ups. If you want to explore further afar, it's a small cost. Just ask Gusti, he will sort you out. Thank you for a brilliant week Villa Lulito. We will be back. Special thanks to staff member Patrick who just made us all smile every day - kids and adults. 5/5Villa Lulito is a stunning spacious villa. Your own private oasis. Well designed and beautifully decorated it can easily accommodate 2 families. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping in Seminyak. Can't wait to return!
