Set within an exclusive enclave of high-end residences, Villa Nica enjoys a quiet yet connected location. Guests are within walking distance of charming cafés, restaurants, and a large supermarket, while some of Bali’s best surf beaches are just 3 kilometers away. Tanah Lot Temple is a scenic 20-minute drive north, and Canggu’s bustling restaurant and nightlife scene lies just to the south.
Outdoor living areas
Outside, the villa’s 25-meter swimming pool stretches the full width of the property, anchored by a signature sunken lounge and a chic swim-up bar with submerged seating. Sunbeds shaded by fringed umbrellas line the deck, while an alfresco kitchen and BBQ area provide the perfect setting for relaxed lunches or sunset dinners.
Above, part of the master suite, a transparent plunge pool offers a playful glimpse from the terrace below, while private upper-level terraces off select bedrooms create peaceful corners for yoga, sunbathing, or stargazing.
Indoor living areas
Inside, Villa Nica showcases contemporary interiors finished with smooth Palimanan stone floors and custom teakwood furniture. Soft neutral tones are paired with Indonesian art and artifacts, giving each space warmth and character.
The open-sided living pavilion under a soaring roof frames the view across the infinity pool and rice fields, while the air-conditioned dining area opens to the terrace and features a grand Merbau wood table seating 12.
The kitchen is split into two zones: a guest kitchen with bar seating and a private chef’s kitchen beyond, ensuring ease and flexibility for casual meals or fully catered dinners.
For indoor entertainment, the villa includes a dedicated media room with modular sofas, an 80-inch Smart TV, and satellite channels.
Bedrooms
The villa’s six bedrooms are generously appointed and individually styled, each offering ample natural light, tasteful decor, and serene garden or rice field views.
The palatial master suite occupies the entire upper floor of the west wing, featuring a super king-size bed, spacious lounge and reading nook, expansive dressing area, and a terrazzo bathroom with a statement bathtub facing the rice terraces. A private eight-meter plunge pool on the terrace flows gently into the main pool below.
Five additional guest suites are spread across the villa’s east wing. Two twin-bedded garden suites on the lower level are perfect for friends or families, with garden views and ensuite bathrooms featuring terrazzo tubs and rain showers. The three remaining suites include two king-bedded rooms with private terraces or pool access, and another twin-bedded room ideal for children. Each bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, generous storage, and well-appointed bathrooms with custom finishes and bathtubs oriented to the stunning outdoor scenery.
Staff
Villa Nica is fully staffed with a dedicated villa manager, private chef, butlers, housekeepers, security, and gardener. Additional services such as spa therapists, babysitters, and yoga instructors can be arranged on request, ensuring a personalized and luxurious Bali experience.
