Villa Nini Elly is a gorgeous and luxurious 6-bedroom villa located in the heart of what is now the most sought-after area in Bali, the trendy Canggu. Though nestled down a quiet residential alley, just next to the renowned Finns Recreation Club, the villa is only minutes away from many amazing restaurants, vegan cafes, spas and boutique stores.
In a few minutes drive guests can also reach some of the most amazing beach clubs of the island, world-renowned venues such as Finns Beach Club, Café Del Mar and the new Mari Beach Club! The popular and vibrant Berawa Beach - perfect for surfing and sunset walks - is only five minutes away as well, and a comfortable 15-minute drive will take the guests into the heart of the sophisticated Seminyak, famous for its acclaimed restaurants, boutiques and spas.
Outdoor living areas
The beautiful outdoor area of the villa is an amazing space to enjoy Bali’s sunshine while relaxing with family and friends. A fantastic white tiled infinity swimming pool stretches out across the width of the villa, with two comfortable loungers invitingly placed inside the shallow end of the pool, and with an outdoor “sala” fitted with a built-in sofa.
On the left side of the villa is the peaceful tropical garden, which can also be used as a venue to host small events and celebrations. This space also features a tranquil koi pond with a water feature and a gazebo, perfect for relaxing or getting rejuvenating massages.
While the ground level is ideal to unwind, the first floor of the villa is where the younger guests will naturally gravitate. This beautiful rooftop terrace boasts an outdoor theatre fitted with a 150” ALR projector screen and bean bags, and a large alfresco 12-seater dining table with barbecue grill.
Villa Nini Elly is also perfectly suitable to host families with elders, infants or anybody who faces mobility challenges, thanks to ramp accesses positioned throughout the ground level.
Indoor living areas
The interiors of the property, inspired by a contemporary and Scandinavian design, exude luxury and style. Beautifully decorated with local artworks and wooden furniture, the house tastefully uses blonde wood and white stones to create an appeasing effect.
The air-conditioned sunken living room will be one of the guests’ favorite places to relax. The room features a built-in sofa, a large flat-screen TV, which beautifully hides behind sliding wooden panels, and a bar. On the other side of the ground floor is instead the dining area, a gorgeous space featuring an amazing 8-seater table - a real work of art made from a single log of Suar wood - and a well-equipped guest kitchen fitted with an island bar and 6 stools.
The villa has also a well-stocked wine cellar (bottles available for purchase), wireless phone chargers embedded on countertops and an intercom that works throughout the house.
Bedrooms
Villa Nini Elly has six amazing bedrooms and can host up to 12 people (three more kids can be accommodated on extra beds if needed, at an additional charge).
All the suites boast a contemporary and clean design, and they are all bright and spacious, with large glass sliding doors and air-conditioning. Each bedroom also features a luxury bathroom boasting high-end finishes.
The two master suites are located on the ground floor, divided by the entrance foyer, and have direct access to the pool deck. Both suites have a king size bed, a TV, ample storage area and a jacuzzi in the ensuite bathroom. The rooms are almost identical, the only difference is that one of the two has also a private sauna, while the other features an extra-large shower with two benches, ideal for elders and those with mobility challenges.
The four guest suites are instead found on the upper level. Closer to the staircase we have the Junior Suite, which boasts a built-in king size bed, and the Guest Bedroom 1, which is fitted with a king size bed, a study table, an extra day bed and a TV. Situated in a separate wing are instead the Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3: these suites are slightly smaller than the others and twin beds that can be easily converted into king size beds.
Staff
The villa’s staff has been professionally trained and they will assist the guests in anything they might need. The team is led by a knowledgeable villa manager, responsible for the overall operation of the property and ready to assist guests at any time. The staff also comprises attendants, housekeepers, security and a skilled private chef!
A delicious daily breakfast is included in the rate, while other meals can be crafted on request from a priced menu. Any additional service- like transport, spa treatments and babysitting - can be easily arranged by the staff.
