Villa Shantika is an enchanting and rustic 3-bedroom villa tucked away in a quiet alley right in the heart of bustling Seminyak. The property really enjoys a prime location being positioned at easy walking distance to both Double Six beach, a vibrant strip of golden sand lined up with beach bars and surf schools, and the renowned Eat Street (Jalan Kayu Aya), home to some of the best restaurants, cafes and spas in the island.
Outdoor living areas
The spectacular garden of the villa is a tropical oasis filled with exotic plants, trees, and flowers. At the center of this colourful space is a beautiful and refreshing 15-meter long swimming pool, the ideal spot to regenerate and rest in utter peace. Around the pool are also circular rattan daybeds, parasols and sun loungers, perfect for the guests who want to nap or work on their tans.
Indoor living areas
The main living area of the villa is set in a gorgeous open-plan space separated by the garden through nothing but bamboo blinds. This room celebrates Bali with its traditional design, its amazing hand-carved doors, its antique furniture and the use of local materials such as timber, teakwood, and alang-alang.
This large space includes a lounge area with designer sofas set just in front of the pool, a beautiful 8-seater dining table and a lovely fully-equipped kitchen.
On the mezzanine floor the villa offers also a comfortable media space fitted with long couches, bookshelves and a flat screen TV.
Bedrooms
Villa Shantika has three gorgeous and spacious bedrooms, all opening directly onto the garden. Each suite has been beautifully furnished and features a comfortable king size bed.
The charming en suite bathrooms have a tropical design, as they are partially open, for the most authentic Balinese experience. The master bedroom also boasts a beautiful stone bathtub.
Staff
The villa and the guests will be looked after by a professional team of staff. The group includes a guest assistant, maids, maintenance and security guards. Extra services or staff, like drivers, babysitters and chefs, can be easily arranged upon request.

5/5I traveled with my family in Jan 2020. Villa Shantika is amazing! We like the swimming pool and the garden very much! We enjoyed to prepare for dinners in the villa by ourselves, it is like at home! Fantastic! The staff in the villa is kind, just hope they could be more active next time......
