Description
Villa Subak is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with uninterrupted rice field views, locatedin the hip and happening village of Canggu, arguably the most sought-after area in Bali right now.
The villa is set in a quite and rural lane, right between Canggu and Pererenan. The world famous surf break of Echo Beach is only 5 minutes drive away, you will find it at the end of a road packed with local warungs. Just next to it are the beautiful and less challenging waves of Batu Bolong and Old Man.
But the bohemian Canggu is not only renowned for its surf breaks, black sand beaches and emerald rice paddy fields. Here guests will also find amazing restaurants, fun beach clubs, organic cafes, famous yoga parlour, sumptuous spas and unique boutiques. The busy and even more touristic area of Seminyak, with its fine dining and cosmopolitan vibe, is also very close, only 30 minutes drive away.
Living areas
The beautiful main living room of the villa occupies the ground floor and it’s a large and airy space featuring large floor-to-ceiling folding doors that offer amazing panoramic views over the beautiful rice fields. These can be closed off to enjoy the air-conditioning in the hottest days or can be left open for those who prefer to take in the amazing tropical breezes.
The room is characterised by a tropical style, which blends seamlessly with a New York loft design, thanks to its open space and red brick walls. This space comprises a stylish lounge corner with sofa and flat screen TV,two large wooden dining tables and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.
Just outside the large folding doors is a spacious veranda furnished with comfy chairs and loungers, the ideal place to relax at the sound of the bucolic surroundings. Alternatively guests can jump in the inviting swimming pool of the villa, from where they can also admire the magnificent rice paddies characterising the area.
Bedrooms
The three comfortable and minimalistic bedrooms of the property are located on the first floor, all air-conditioned and offering an amazing panorama. The master suite features a king size bed, a wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are identical in size and have queen size four-poster netted beds, wardrobes and share a bathroom.
Staff
This lovely villa is looked after by a professional and caring staff lead by a villa manager. Daily housekeeping is provided, as well as the ingredients for your first breakfast. Additional shopping can be ordered through the villa grocery service (incurs in a 25% surcharge).
