Villa Tirta Nila is one of the most stunning and luxury villas of the island. This new property is located in the village of Candidasa, on the unspoiled east coast and far away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic area. The villa boasts an amazing ocean view and a private access to its own artificial beach. The sea of this part of the island is characterized by beautiful crystal clear waters and offers many snorkeling and diving spots options.
Living areas
The outdoor area of the villa is just amazing, a place to relax and to share unforgettable memories with your family or friends. The beautifully landscaped garden is characterized by manicured lawns, water features, Buddhist sculptures, fishponds and exotic plants. The space comprises a gorgeous infinity pool, a seafront terrace with sun loungers, a beautiful gazebo (bale bengong), asecond bale featuring a dining table for 10 and an amazing artificial beach (with beach volley or badminton net) which will lead you directly into the ocean.
The indoor living areas are set in the single-storey central pavilion, characterized by a modern tropical design, beautiful interior decorations, high roofs and floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, which will give the opportunity to either take in the amazing tropical weather or to enjoy a fully air-conditioned space. The spacious living area comprises large sofas, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (there is another kitchen area on the back for staff use). This space also features an air-conditioned media room equipped with 55” flat screen TV and DVD player.
Bedrooms
Villa Tirta Nila counts four gorgeous bedrooms, all featuring air-conditioning, king size beds, walk-in wardrobes and luxurious private bathrooms. The two master bedrooms are located in a separate pavilion. The upstairs one features a balcony with amazing view and a gorgeous bathtub in the en-suite bathroom. The downstairs suite boasts instead direct access to the swimming pool and a semi-outdoor tropical bathroom. The other two guest rooms are located in a third pavilion and are organized on two floors as well. Both rooms boast a great view over the ocean and offer total privacy.

The amazing and professional staff of the villa will take care of every detail and will make sure you will have a wonderful stay. The team is composed by trained professionals and includes a butler, a talented chef, housemaids, gardeners and security guards.

5/5We rented this home with 3 other couples after staying at the Ritz Carlton Nusa Dua. We rented it based on pictures and can honestly say the place is better than the pictures! What makes this home extra special is the staff who graciously served our needs. From the Sincere welcome to the gracious goodbye, we had every need tended to. The food was wonderful and each meal served timely and in the seaside cabana. They offered a great variety and each was delicious! The rooms were so clean and well cared for! There was plenty of privacy since each had their own bathroom. The view is gorgeous and we loved being able to walk into the ocean and snorkel right from the house. At any time, the pool is wonderfully inviting! We spent hours lounging by the pool and playing pool games. We also used the bikes one day and biked up to Candidisa. They were well kept and easy to ride. We truly felt like royalty and hope we can return some day!
